This is a cross made in heaven.
The newly arrived Dorper breed of sheep from South Africa are truly incredible! The focus on meat production, means that they shed their wool and are known for high quality lean tender meat. From a meat perspective the carcasses are awesome, with great big full legs and robust thick bodies which equates to more meat for you!. From a sustainable standpoint they are efficiency kings utilizing a pound of food better than any other sheep I have ever had.
Our USDA inspected cuts are vacuum packed to preserve freshness and quality,. thawing is also a breeze.
Legs are bone-out and everything else is packaged in two person servings for your convenience.
Ground lamb is seasoned with garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and onions-all the very and best lamb herbs and a great starting point for your meal.

MARINADES:The packaging is fabulous and so easy to use marinades. Take your meat from the freezer, remove the package and put it in a bowl overnight. Add the above ingredients in the proportions you like and just let it soak in.
If this is too much, Italian Salad Dressing makes great marinade
LEG OF LAMB: cut pockets across the leg and insert garlic clove slices, rub in garlic, pepper, rosemary, salt, and dehydrated onions.
